Welcome to One Nonverbal Ecosystem LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (tatianateppoeva.com) or participating in our courses, assessments, or coaching programs, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before purchasing, enrolling, or engaging with our materials.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.

These Terms incorporate and include by reference our Privacy Policy and the “Results and Disclaimer” section below, which together form the entire agreement between you and One Nonverbal Ecosystem LLC.

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms govern all digital products, online courses, assessments, coaching sessions, memberships, and related materials provided by One Nonverbal Ecosystem LLC, including but not limited to:

Courses such as Roots of Connection, My Inner Fire, and related training materials

Assessments such as BuyerMatch™ and Executive Presence Code™

Coaching or consulting sessions delivered individually or to teams

Content accessed through GoHighLevel portals, membership areas, or downloadable resources

Free resources such as webinars, workshops, or downloads

2. Eligibility and Conduct

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By purchasing or participating, you confirm that:

All information you provide is accurate and complete.

You will use our materials solely for personal or business development purposes, not for resale or redistribution.

You will respect confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property of other participants and materials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our programs if you violate these Terms or act in a way that disrupts the learning environment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or passwords you create, and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We may disable or revoke access if we believe your account has been compromised or misused.

We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, or engage in conduct that harms our community or brand. No refunds will be provided for termination due to violation of Terms.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all program fees. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

For recurring subscriptions or payment plans, you agree to maintain valid payment information and are responsible for completing all installments once access has been granted.

If any payment fails or becomes past due, we may suspend access to the purchased program until payment is made in full. Continued failure to pay may result in referral of the outstanding balance for collection, and you will remain responsible for all unpaid amounts, including reasonable collection costs or fees.

Termination of access or program completion does not release you from payment obligations under an active payment plan or invoice.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms, including any program membership, without our express written consent.

Payment Plans:
If you enroll using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access and referral of the outstanding balance for collection.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policies

We offer different types of programs, each with its own refund rules. Our goal is to provide a clear and fair process for every participant.

a. Online Courses

We provide a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.
Refunds must be requested in writing to [email protected] within this period.
After 7 days, all sales are final.

b. Assessments (BuyerMatch™, Executive Presence Code™)

Assessments are non-refundable once purchased or initiated.
Because these services involve customized analysis, intellectual property, and professional preparation, no refunds are available after purchase or once the assessment process begins (including questionnaires, report generation, or video reviews).

c. Coaching and Consulting Services

Coaching and consulting sessions are non-refundable once delivered or after the first session in a package.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48-hour notice; missed or late cancellations are forfeited.

d. Corporate Training and Custom Engagements

All invoices and payments for corporate or enterprise projects follow the terms of the signed service agreement specific to that project.

Termination of License Upon Refund:
Upon any refund issued under these Terms, all rights and licenses granted to you to use the related course or service materials shall immediately terminate. You must cease using and accessing the materials, including without limitation any videos, recordings, reports, assessments, forms, or downloadable resources, and you agree to delete or destroy all copies in your possession.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including videos, reports, frameworks (e.g., PPTypes™, Human Signal Layer™, Executive Presence Code™), images, assessments, drawings, and text provided through our services are the intellectual property of One Nonverbal Ecosystem LLC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use materials for your own education and internal professional development only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, record, or sell any part of our content without prior written consent.

Account Access:
Course and membership access is granted solely to the individual purchaser. Sharing login credentials, materials, or recordings with others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

We reserve the right to revoke your license and terminate access immediately if we determine you have shared, distributed, or otherwise misused any materials.

Trademarks:
All trademarks, logos, and brand names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

6. Confidentiality and Data Use

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of all materials shared within coaching, assessments, and training sessions.
However, we may use anonymized, aggregated data for educational and analytical purposes (for example, to improve our frameworks or illustrate behavioral trends).

All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Results and Disclaimer

Our programs, courses, and assessments are designed for educational and developmental purposes only. We do not make any guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding expected or actual results, performance, or outcomes from participating in our courses, coaching, or assessments. Individual progress depends on many factors, including effort, context, personality, and readiness for change.

While our materials may include topics related to relationships, communication, body language, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness, they are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial counseling. Nothing provided through our websites, programs, or services should be construed as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your choices, actions, and results, and that One Nonverbal Ecosystem LLC, its owners, and team members are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or consequences arising from your participation in our programs or application of the information provided.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information presented, but we do not guarantee that any examples of results, testimonials, or success stories represent typical or expected outcomes. Any forward-looking statements or examples are simply expressions of opinion and not promises for future performance.
While some of our programs, such as BuyerMatch™, may include examples or discussions of sales, conversion, or business performance, these are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Your success depends on your background, market conditions, effort, and other factors beyond our control. Any figures, testimonials, or case studies presented are illustrative and should not be interpreted as typical or promised results.

By engaging with our materials, programs, or services, you agree that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk, and you release One Nonverbal Ecosystem LLC and its representatives from any liability for your results, actions, or use of the information provided.

8. Technology and Access

You are responsible for having the necessary equipment, software, and internet connection to access our programs. We are not responsible for interruptions due to third-party platforms, hosting outages, or user connectivity issues.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our content at any time for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

Access Duration:
Unless otherwise specified, access to purchased digital materials is granted for personal use for the lifetime of the program or as long as the content remains available on our platform. We reserve the right to discontinue outdated or inactive programs with reasonable notice.
If we intend to retire or discontinue a program or content area, we will provide at least 30 days' prior notice and allow you to download core materials, where feasible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Nonverbal Ecosystem LLC and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our programs or use of our content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or power outages, strikes, acts of government, or technical platform failures.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Nonverbal Ecosystem LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions, misuse of materials, or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably. If resolution is not reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in King County, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
The most recent version supersedes all previous versions.
You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services following posted updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and One Nonverbal Ecosystem LLC regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms apply to all websites, subdomains, and digital properties operated by One Nonverbal Ecosystem LLC, including subdomains and related portals.
